Job summary

GOFO is a technology-driven last-mile delivery carrier that operates across the United States and beyond. The Equipment Maintenance Specialist at our New Jersey facility performs daily maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on sorting equipment to keep operations reliable and efficient.

You will work with onsite teams, maintain records, and uphold safety standards. The compensation range is $21 to $23 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment maintenance, preferably sorting systems or automation.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with troubleshooting and basic repairs.
• Proficient with maintenance tools and component replacement.
• Problem-solving skills for fast malfunction response.
• Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.
• Must communicate in Mandarin for daily coordination.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on sorting equipment and warehouse machinery.
• Troubleshoot failures, identify root causes, and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance per schedules.
• Inspect, replace, install, and adjust mechanical components.
• Coordinate with onsite teams for urgent repair needs.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and issues.
• Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed.
