Job summary

GOFO is seeking a vigilant Sorter to supervise daily warehouse sorting and train temporary staff across rotating shifts in Salt Lake City. You will monitor exceptions, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure accurate, on-time processing using DMS and Excel.

Qualifications

• Supervise temporary sorting staff during daily operations.
• Monitor damaged, missing, or delayed packages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Operate and report using DMS and Excel.
• Understand end-to-end sorting from inbound to outbound.
• Willing to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise temporary sorting staff during daily operations and provide training on sorting procedures and best practices.
• Monitor and manage exceptions, including damaged, missing, or delayed packages.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure efficient workflow.
• Complete other duties and projects assigned by management.
• Proficiently use the Distribution Management System (DMS) and Microsoft Excel for daily operations and reporting.
• Familiar with the end-to-end sorting process, from inbound receiving to outbound shipment.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
