Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist Equipment Manager with cost management and review.
• Help manage equipment billing and daily rate issues.
• Assist PM Coordinator, Shop Foreman, and Superintendent as needed.
• Track and document inspections, registrations, and permits; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with truck and equipment maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate equipment fuel planning logistics and optimize efficiency with Transportation.
• Work with Transportation to ensure accuracy of equipment locations and reporting.
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.
