Job summary
Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Baltimore, MD seeks a Logistics Engineer or Principal Logistics Engineer to design and sustain radar, sensor and communications systems. You will plan lifecycle sustainment, review field support requirements and ensure test equipment availability.
The role requires a degree and 2–5 years of related experience, strong Excel skills, PSA/LSA understanding, and U.S. citizenship with a Secret clearance; relocation/onsite work details apply.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years related experience, or 4 years extra experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience with Excel (Pivot tables, VBA) and data analysis for DoD product support; knowledge of PSA/LSA preferred.
- Understanding of DoD product support disciplines and MIL-HDBK-502 & TA-STD-0017; LPD and DMSMS concepts.
Responsibilities
- Plan Life Cycle Sustainment Strategy for radar and related systems.
- Develop shipping and deployment strategies for product delivery to customers.
- Perform Maintenance Engineering Analysis and interpret technical data.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve complex issues and maintain configuration baselines.
- Collaborate with internal/external teams for storage, calibration, and movement of equipment.
