Job summary

United States Cold Storage, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse support associate for the evening shift. You will communicate with carriers, enter shipments into the WMS, verify driver IDs, and ensure accurate dock-door assignments.

The role requires processing paperwork, handling charges, and assisting customer accounts. The position is full-time and non-exempt, with a pay range of $22.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience, and a schedule of Monday to Friday 2pm–10:30pm plus

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and detail-focused.
• Ability to interpret packing slips and use a WMS.
• Familiar with inbound/outbound shipment processing.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with carriers about inbound and outbound movements.
• Enter product into WMS and track storage and shipping in the facility.
• Verify driver identification and assign dock doors.
• Enter data from carrier paperwork to process inbounds.
• Generate bill documentation and ensure drivers have correct paperwork.
• Identify overages, shortages, defects, or issues and report them.
• Post inbound/outbound shipments and assist accounts.
• Maintain professional relationships with carriers and customers.
