Job summary

Yusen Logistics (Americas) Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Associate to manage documentation, load coordination, and system updates for inbound/outbound freight. You will ensure accurate paperwork, proper loading, and timely communication with the warehouse team and carriers.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, using WM9/TLS, and producing bills of lading and manifests. The role requires strong communication and teamwork within a fast-paced cross-dock environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse/documentation processes.
• Familiarity with WM9 / TLS systems.
• Ability to verify paperwork in line with US Customs rules and SOP.
• Experience maintaining records and KPI reporting to clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver production documents to move freight in the warehouse/cross-dock.
• Utilize WM9 / TLS to perform transactions in support of the production and warehouse management team.
• Scan packets (load slips) into WM9 / TLS.
• Verify packets and paperwork comply with US Customs rules/policies.
• Ensure freight is properly handled, identified, and communicated within the warehouse.
• Gather accurate information about each closed-out trailer and update the system.
• Record and address overages, shortages, damage, or mis-loads.
• Distribute KPI data to clients and relay carrier concerns to customer service.
