Job summary

Yusen Logistics is seeking a warehouse associate responsible for organizing import/export equipment, loading trailers, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure on-time shipments. You will use WM9 and TLS systems, manage paperwork, and support the warehouse team with data entry and KPI-related tasks.

Candidate will handle bills of lading, manifests, and dock-level communication, while maintaining precise records and complying with customs rules.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate loading docs and records.
• Good understanding of warehouse processes and cross-dock operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver production documents for freight movement.
• Use WM9/TLS to perform transactions for the operations team.
• Scan load slips into WM9/TLS and verify paperwork compliance with US Customs rules.
• Ensure freight is properly identified, documented, and communicated within the warehouse.
• Record accurate trailer information and dispositions for loads and exceptions.
• Enter closed-out loads into the system and compare with slips and manifests.
• Produce bills of lading, manifests, and check sheets for sealed loads.
