• Follow SOPs to process orders: create, pick, pack, ship, pack, receive, put-away, replenishment, recall processing, cycle counts, backorder mgmt.
• Ensure efficient flow from receipt to delivery to internal/external customers.
• Provide coaching and feedback to teammates in training.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment; comply with safety and LEAN requirements.
• Unloads, sorts, and stocks materials; supports overtime as needed.
• Work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting with limited supervision.
