Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System is seeking a Distribution and Logistics Specialist to support receiving, storage and shipment of products at Liberty Hospital. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, and focuses on ensuring accurate order processing and efficient inventory flow.

You will work under SOPs, use Microsoft Office for reporting, and contribute to LEAN initiatives while delivering reliable service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of related experience in fast-paced settings.
• Customer service or distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders per SOPs including picking, packing, shipping, and put-away.
• Ensure efficient flow of products from receipt to delivery.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Maintain housekeeping and inventory control per safety and LEAN requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
