The University of Kansas Health System is seeking a Distribution & Logistics Specialist to manage receiving, storage and shipment of products at the Indian Creek Main location. The role supports efficient product flow from receipt through put-away, with a 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM weekday schedule.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, packing and loading orders, inventory control, and teamwork to meet departmental goals while maintaining safety and LEAN standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of related experience in a fast-paced environment; customer service or distribution preferred.
• Lean experience preferred (3+ years).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills desired.

Responsabilidades

• Follow SOPs to process orders: create, pick, pack, quality check, sort, consolidate freight, pack, load, receive, put-away, replenish, recall processing, cycle counts, backorder management.
