Qualifikationen

• High School Graduate required.
• 3+ years of related experience in a fast-paced environment; customer service and distribution.
• Preferred: some college coursework and Lean experience.
• Healthcare environment experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Train new employees on procedures.
• Ensure safety, productivity and quality standards.
• Coordinate housekeeping and inventory control activities.
• Work with minimal supervision and make guided decisions.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members; participate in annual evaluation.
• Apply SOPs for requisitions, picking orders, quality checks and packing.
• Process requisitions for tissue, implants, and supplies as needed.
• Ensure timely delivery to internal and external customers.
