Job summary

You will work onsite and report to the Production and Distribution Manager, helping ensure that a quality product is available to customers when they need it. The role involves coordinating will-call shipments, assisting with inbound receiving and outbound tank wagon, data entry for production batches and labeling, and performing clerical production duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience, preferably in an office or manufacturing setting.
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel required; Oracle a plus.
• Good communication skills, including written communication.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates will-call activities and schedules outbound shipments.
• Assist with inbound receiving and outbound tank wagon.
• Enter, compile, and validate data to release production batches and labeling.
• Perform clerical production activities.
• Prepare basic correspondence, forms and other documents to complete shipments such as creating Bills of Lading, certificates of analysis.
• May help resolve basic operational problems (inventory).
