Job summary

Brickworks Supply Center, a leading distributor of premium masonry and hardscape materials, is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate product shipments and maintain shipping records. You will prepare bill of lading documents and arrange shipments by LTL and trucks, while supporting internal stakeholders with accurate information.

In this busy role, you’ll perform data entry and inventory control, communicate with customers, vendors and departments via email, CRM and phone, and ensure on-time

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma with some relevant college coursework preferred.
• 1 to 3 years dispatching experience, customer service/office experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Salesforce ERP and CRM systems (preferred).
• Knowledge of masonry products and other building materials would be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments inbound and outbound with customers, sales, vendors and plant.
• Prepare bill of lading documents for outgoing shipments.
• Arrange shipments by LTL and trucks as necessary.
• Calculate load weight and inspect outgoing loads.
• Maintain shipping records and reports.
• Assist customers with product availability and information.
• Process and revise orders and samples.
• Inventory control.
• Communicate with customers, vendors and other departments via email, CRM and phone.
