Job summary

Brickworks Supply Center in Indiana is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate shipments, prepare bills of lading, and maintain shipping records. You will collaborate with customers, sales, vendors, and plant teams to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years dispatching or office experience, familiarity with Salesforce CRM, and strong data entry and organizational skills in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; some college coursework preferred.
• 1–3 years dispatching or related office experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with Salesforce ERP/CRM systems is desirable.
• Knowledge of masonry products or building materials helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product shipments inbound and outbound with customers, sales, vendors, and plant.
• Prepare bill of lading documents for outgoing shipments.
• Arrange shipments by LTL and trucks as needed.
• Calculate allowable weight for loads and inspect outgoing shipments.
• Prepare and maintain shipping records and reports.
• Assist customers with product availability and information.
• Process and revise orders and samples.
• Maintain inventory records and communicate with stakeholders.
