Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule drivers for freight delivery and pickups.
• Communicate freight details, times, and special requests with stakeholders.
• Plan predetermined routes for efficiency.
• Identify traffic issues and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.
• Prepare dispatch documents for management and provide needed records.
• Maintain logs of calls, routes, and delivery times.
• Monitor truck maintenance and schedule checks.
• Log vendor complaints and escalate as needed.
• Answer calls and assist customers, vendors, and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
