TriMark USA, LLC in Brisbane, CA is seeking a Dispatcher for the second shift (12:30pm–9pm). You will coordinate deliveries, plan routes, and communicate with drivers and customers to ensure on-time shipments and accurate records.

You will collaborate with warehouse staff and internal teams, monitor schedules and inventory, resolve delays, and uphold safety policies while delivering excellent customer service.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in dispatching or logistics preferred.
• Proficiency with routing, dispatching, and office software.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate delivery routes for drivers and optimize for efficiency.
• Dispatch drivers with schedules and detailed instructions, maintaining updates.
• Provide updates to customers and handle inquiries about delivery status.
• Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to ensure timely orders.
• Maintain dispatch records of driver assignments and schedules.
• Identify and resolve delays or issues to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company policies.
