Qualifications

• 1 year of logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter loads from customer tenders and maintain profiles.
• Update account managers and customers on load status.
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries and ensure on-time arrival.
• Communicate with drivers to ensure on-time delivery and validate data.
• Investigate discrepancies and document actions.
• Schedule/reschedule delivery appointments and accept/decline loads.
• Provide routing instructions to drivers.

Education
