• Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide shipment updates.
• Adjust schedules and routes as needed to resolve transportation issues.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and dispatch documentation.
• Assist with scheduling pickups and deliveries.
• Ensure company policies, safety procedures, and transportation regulations are followed.
• Handle unexpected issues and make quick decisions to keep operations moving efficiently.
