• Trouble shooting and notifying appropriate parties of changes.
• Records time of departure, destination, cargo, and return time.
• Investigates overdue vehicles.
• Directs activities of drivers by two-way radio.
• Confers with customers to expedite or locate missing or delayed goods.
• Heavy communication with drivers daily.
