CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher in Bolingbrook, IL to build strong relationships with drivers and warehouse teams. The role requires hands-on leadership and excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to drive efficiency and driver retention.

Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, onsite at 900 Windham Parkway, Bolingbrook, IL 60490. The compensation range is $22.55–$24.00 per hour, with a final offer based on experience, skills, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in dispatching, logistics, or related operations.

Responsibilities

• Track and trace all drivers daily with updates to BOS/Dispatch Track.
• Resolve service issues/recoveries and communicate to bookers/customers.
• Ensure all Customer Service Agreement (CSA) expectations are met.
• Coordinate with planners on any service issues and new load assignments.
• Update any trailer/equipment changes.
• Provide all DOT documentation received in a timely manner.
• Investigate and report weekly all roadsides and accidents.
• Obtain required weight tickets as needed by customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
