Luck Companies is seeking a Dispatcher/Order Manager at the Kershaw plant to manage fleet capacity, order taking, and customer service. You will coordinate truck matches, OTIS, and internal communications across sales, operations, and AR.

The role requires 1–3+ years in customer service, a high school diploma, and proficiency with Excel/Outlook. Onsite with full benefits and opportunities for development and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Weighmaster Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order fulfillment, dispatch, and ticket handling from the call bank or local scale office.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers; communicate inventory and trucking resources to team.
• Meet department performance standards and benchmark service levels.
• Handle cash box, credit card transactions, and deposits; perform account adjustments and reduce errors.
