Candidates should have 5+ years hands-on experience in dispatch, fleet or logistics operations, strong scheduling skills, and knowledge of DOT rules. CDL experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on dispatch, fleet management, driver management, transportation, or logistics operations.
• Experience supervising drivers or field crews.
• Clear, direct communication with drivers, customers, sales, and shop staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Fleet: supervise, schedule, and support a team of 12–13 drivers; build and adjust daily/weekly schedules; handle real-time questions.
• Coordinate Operations: work with Lease Account Coordinators; ensure units are fabricated, cleaned, and ready on time; balance timelines with distance and availability.
• Manage Peak Seasons: plan for high-volume periods like holidays and events; keep core accounts on schedule.
• Track and Improve: keep records of deliveries, pickups, driver activity, and equipment; identify bottlenecks and improve routing and scheduling.
