Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Kentucky is seeking a logistics associate to manage inventory, receipts, put-away and shipping for a dedicated client. You will dispatch drivers and coordinate pickups and deliveries to ensure timely service.

The role requires updating the dispatch database, maintaining DOT compliance, and monitoring KPIs. You will also assist with invoicing, cross-department coordination and process improvements, supported by four years of industry experience and a high school

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED Required.
Four years industry experience required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for customer inventory, receipts, put away and shipping for a specific client.
Dispatch drivers and respond to drivers' calls; notify assignments and direct activities.
Update data base on all dispatched moves and ensure DOT compliance.
Monitor performance against company KPIs and create/send invoices.
Coordinate with other departments and respond to production problems.
Train employees on job-specific duties and support process improvements.
Communicate with clients, vendors and employees daily; assist planning and budgeting.
Other duties as assigned.
