Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Customer Service Rep in the United States. The role focuses on maintaining high levels of customer service and timely communication with clients and carriers to achieve service levels.

Role requires 0-12 months of warehouse or data entry experience, knowledge of TMS/WMS tools, and comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-centric team. Includes benefits such as PTO, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• A minimum of (1) one year’s experience in the following: dispatch or TMS to build and schedule Truckloads/LTL shipments.
• Ability to effectively communicate with Transport Carrier and Client to schedule pickups and resolve issues.
• Must have intermediate or higher experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience using a commercial WMS such as JDA, Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, SAP.

Responsibilities

• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the complaint and determining the cause.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Process customer adjustments to maintain financial accounts.
• Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing customer information and assist with order and product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
