Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Customer Service Rep in Raymore, MO. The role focuses on delivering high levels of customer service and clear communication with client representatives and trucking partners to maintain service levels.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 10am–6:30pm, pays $22 per hour. The ideal candidate has familiarity with Dispatch or TMS, Microsoft Office, and warehouse systems, and is capable of working in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience.
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer’s complaint, determine the cause, select the best solution, expedite correction and follow up.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Process customer adjustments to financial accounts.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information; assist with order/product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
