Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in California seeks a detail‑oriented logistics clerk to manage daily dispatch tasks and support DOT regulatory compliance. You will work with drivers and clients to ensure timely pickups and deliveries, maintain accurate shipment records, and respond to inquiries with professionalism.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience; familiarity with local markets and basic math is helpful.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Certifications may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client needs and commitments are met.
• Dispatch drivers and respond to driver calls.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
• Notify drivers of assignments and direct activities to ensure cargo is picked up and delivered.
• Maintain information on shipments and ensure proper paperwork.
• Update database on all dispatched moves.
• Other duties as assigned.
