D&G Transportation, Inc. is pursuing a full-time forklift operator for our Cross-Dock facility in Germantown, WI. This role covers 2nd and 3rd shifts with a starting wage of $18 per hour, negotiable by experience.

The job is non-exempt and requires timely attendance and reliability. Key duties include moving products between trucks and racks in ambient, cooler and freezer temperatures, following Bills of Lading, and maintaining accurate pallet locations.

• Able to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• High regard for food safety and related policies.
• Reliable - ready to start shift at designated time.

D&G Transportation (Germantown, WI) is celebrating our 40th anniversary as a family-owned, national LTL carrier. We are seeking a full-time 2nd / 3rd shift forklift operator at our Cross-Dock facility. This is a non-exempt position with a $18+ hourly wage, negotiable according to experience.

Hours of the position are to follow:

Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Thursday: 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Noon to Midnight)

Friday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently move products in/out of trucks and storage racks in ambient, cooler and freezer temperatures
• Understand and follow Bills of Lading
• Accurately record and report pallet locations
• Help maintain a clean and safe workplace
