You will communicate with drivers, DC operations, inbound/outbound teams, and third-party carriers, maintaining logs and updating schedules in MATM and related systems.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1+ year in logistics, with bilingual ability a plus and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 1+ years in transportation, logistics, routing, or scheduling preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong Microsoft Office/Google skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Support outbound dispatch and drivers, maintain administrative logs and BOLs.
• Coordinate third-party carrier assignments and driver paperwork check-in.
• Update daily operational reports and ensure accurate data in MATM/DB Runs.
