7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager III to lead the outbound logistics platform within its demand chain.

You will own the end-to-end roadmap and collaborate with Engineering, Demand Chain, and Merchandising to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that improve delivery reliability and cost efficiency. The role demands strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to translate business strategy into concrete requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / 4 years Degree or master’s degree
• 3-5 years of experience in digital product management
• 2-3 years of experience in design thinking, customer empathy, agile / scrum, etc.

Responsibilities

• Owns the product roadmap for a specific functional area, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise goals and managing dependencies with adjacent product teams.
• Translates the enterprise vision into actionable product strategies by developing a deep understanding of 7-Eleven customer and associate needs to deliver a seamless shopping experience.
• Collaborates with peer PMs to ensure a cohesive user journey across different touchpoints of the enterprise ecosystem.
• Analyzes the business impact of proposed features, prioritizing the backlog to maximize ROI and support the overarching enterprise roadmap.
• Defines and tracks key success metrics (KPIs) and analytics for specific features, using data-driven insights to recommend and implement product refinements.
