Job summary

INSPYR Solutions in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Administrative Support III to help move freight within the fulfillment network. You will collaborate with carriers, vendors, program managers, and fulfillment centers to resolve transportation issues and drive process improvements.

The role requires extracting data from multiple databases using Excel, producing ad-hoc reports, and publishing performance metrics. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or business required.
• 1+ year of experience using computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• US work authorization (US citizen, national, green card holder, refugee, or asylee).

Responsibilities

• Continual, tactical communication with external stakeholders (carriers, vendors/suppliers) and internal stakeholders (Program Managers, Fulfillment Centers).
• Extract data from multiple databases (Excel or other systems) and perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
• Publish performance metrics to drive business results.
• Identify and eliminate root causes of defects to improve transportation operations.
• Make data-driven decisions by analyzing trends and business impact.
• Escalate variances to owners/teams and follow through on resolutions.
• Meet tight timelines while measuring activities performed.
• Prepare clear weekly findings and present in review forums.

Education

Bachelors Degree in Supply chain/Business

1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel)

US work authorization meeting Export Control requirements (US Citizen, US National, Green Card holder, Refugee, or Asylee)
