Title: Supply Chain Analyst

One day a week remote.

Our client is seeking a proactive and analytical Logistics / Supply Chain Analyst to join their team. This hybrid role focuses on supporting import/export operations, improving supply chain efficiency, and working within SAP or Oracle systems to support day-to-day logistics activities. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver, capable of forming logical, actionable insights from real-world data, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience is helpful, but we value the right mindset and critical thinking above all.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate import/export operations, including documentation and compliance with global trade regulations.
Perform supply chain tasks within SAP or Oracle systems (order entry, inventory tracking, shipping updates).
Analyze logistics data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
Generate reports and dashboards related to inventory levels, shipment tracking, and vendor performance.
Support master data integrity, including Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes, supplier info, and product attributes.
Work cross-functionally with procurement, planning, operations, and vendor partners to ensure smooth execution.
Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase operational efficiency.

Proficient in using SAP or Oracle ERP systems for business operations (no technical development required).
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and critical thinking skills.
