Job summary

Img Citrus INC is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to ensure high-accuracy data bridge during peak import windows, coordinating critical documents from South America, Europe, and Africa. You will maintain ERP and warehouse data integrity and support compliance and audits.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced agricultural environment, with flexibility for peak periods and weekend coverage if needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of admin, logistics, transportation, inventory, or data entry experience preferred.
• Experience in agriculture, produce, food manufacturing, or distribution is a plus.
• Flexible with hours of operations.
• Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process Shipping Packets: review and organize import documents for citrus shipments from multiple regions.
• Proactive Exception Management: flag missing or mismatched paperwork.
• Team Alerts: notify logistics/compliance teams to prevent delays and demurrage.
• Maintain electronic records to support inventory and reporting.
• Assist with inbound delivery schedules with packing house and supply team.
• Monitor deliveries and report scheduling conflicts or delays.
• Organize, scan, index, and file logistics documentation.
• Maintain digital records for food safety, traceability, regulatory compliance, and audits.
• Ensure documentation is archived and retrievable.
• Assist with reports and logistics information as requested.
• Support Sales and Logistics Operations teams with admin tasks.
• Answer calls and routine inquiries; prepare correspondence and spreadsheets.
• Assist with data reconciliation and record verification.
• Maintain office supplies and general organization.
• Perform other duties to support operations.
