Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a strategic, results‑driven Senior Manager for Procurement Operations & Supply Chain Transformation to lead transformation across the Americas. You will drive digital-enabled procurement improvements, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration to modernize operations.

In this role, you will build and mentor the Americas Procurement Operations team, optimize processes, implement automation, and leverage Power BI to monitor KPIs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
7+ years of progressive leadership experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
Experience with ERP systems and data analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead Americas Procurement Operations team, set priorities, build capability.
Drive operational excellence across procurement, sourcing, and supplier ops.
Standardize processes using digital workflows, automation, and system controls.
Lead business transformations to reduce cycle times and digitize processes.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve supplier performance and cost.
Utilize Power BI, enterprise reporting, and real-time dashboards to monitor KPIs.
Champion procurement technologies and digital capabilities across the org.
Lead change management for new processes and systems.
Serve as trusted business partner delivering measurable outcomes.
