Job summary

Vertiv Corporation is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support the transportation team with data analysis and reporting, optimizing LLP models across the Americas. The role will be critical in driving data-driven decisions and improving transportation processes in partnership with LLP and internal stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Operations, Procurement, and Master Data to develop KPIs, standardize processes, and ensure data integrity while leveraging TMS to align data flows and logistics

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or operations.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint; familiarity with mapping tools (Visio, Lucid) preferred.
• Understanding of freight operations, carrier management and logistics procurement processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support LLP optimization and execution through data analysis, process mapping, documentation, and performance tracking.
• Analyze and consolidate logistics data (freight spend, carrier performance, service levels) to develop and monitor KPIs.
• Partner with operations and stakeholders to drive process standardization and visibility.
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues related to logistics procurement and carrier data.
• Own carrier management to drive actionable resolutions for supply chain optimization.
• Assist in building a culture of lean thinking and continuous improvement in logistics operations.
• Document logistics processes and provide training or support to internal teams.
• Leverage TMS expertise to support operations integration and data flow alignment.
