Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support the transportation team with data analysis and reporting, driving ongoing optimization of a Lead Logistics Provider (LLP) model across the Americas. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and operational excellence in partnership with LLP and internal stakeholders.

You will analyze freight spend, carrier performance, and service levels, develop KPIs, and help standardize processes with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
Proficient in Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint; process mapping tools (Visio, Lucid) preferred.
Understanding of freight operations, carrier management and logistics procurement.

Responsibilities

Support LLP optimization and execution through data analysis, process mapping, documentation, and performance tracking.
Analyze and consolidate logistics data (freight spend, carrier performance, service levels) to develop and monitor KPIs.
Partner with operations and internal stakeholders to drive process standardization and visibility.
Identify and resolve data integrity issues related to logistics procurement and carrier data.
Own carrier management to drive actionable resolutions for supply chain optimization.
Assist in building a culture of lean thinking and continuous improvement in logistics operations.
Document logistics processes and provide training or support to internal teams.
Leverage TMS expertise to support operations integration and data flow.
