Job summary

Arlo Solutions in Quantico, VA seeks a Logistics Analyst II to support USMC operations with DoDAAC/DoDAAD management, data analysis, process improvement, and training.

You will use GCSS-MC, ELMs, WebFLIS, PIEE, ETMS2, Power BI, and Microsoft Office to manage logistics information, develop reports and dashboards, and communicate findings to leadership. The role requires strong critical thinking, problem solving, and the ability to work with government stakeholders in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of DoD or Marine Corps logistics experience.
• DoDAAC/DoDAAD management experience.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain DoDAAC/DoDAAD records.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.
• Translate complex policies into clear procedures for personnel.
• Develop and deliver training and briefings to large groups.
