Solution One Industries in Frederick, MD is seeking a Data Analyst II to provide advanced analytical, reporting, and information management support to the Army Medical Logistics Command (AMLC) Force Projection Directorate. The role involves collecting, validating, and analyzing data to enable informed decision-making across APS, UDP, MMRP, FMS, and MLST operations.

The position focuses on transforming complex logistics data into actionable insights, developing dashboards and analytics,

Qualifications

Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to support AMLC FPD operational, logistics, and readiness requirements.
Develop reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical products used for leadership decision-making.
Communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, design, and maintenance of recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical products.
Transform complex datasets into meaningful visuals, metrics, and executive briefing materials.
Support leadership with data-driven recommendations to improve resource allocation and mission planning.
