Job summary

Advanced Decision Vectors, LLC is seeking a Logistics Analyst II to support DSCA’s International Operations Global Execution Division. This role is 100% office-based at DSCA in Arlington, VA and requires an active Secret clearance.

You will work with the Security Cooperation community on DoD programs, track document status with action officials, and draft memoranda and staff briefing papers. A bachelor’s degree and five years of related experience are required, with MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of DoD Security Cooperation or international program coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Experience with Security Cooperation community (DSCA, Combatant Commands, SCOs).
• Knowledge of tracking document status and meeting suspenses.
• Knowledge of FMS processes, LOA documentation or international defense program coordination (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support DSCA Security Cooperation and Foreign Military Sales programs.
• Coordinate with DoD partners and international offices on program execution.
• Draft correspondence, memoranda, coordination sheets and staff briefings.
