Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or related role.
• Strong computer skills, including typing and 10-key data entry.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.
• Preferred: excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Bill shipments according to tariffs and pricing agreements.
• Resolve documentation errors and assist customers with inquiries.
• Provide rate quotes, tracer support, tariff discrepancies and billing questions.
• Perform general clerical duties such as phone coverage, filing, data entry and billing.
• Process over, short and damaged freight documentation for resolution.
