Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. in Des Plaines, IL seeks a Customer Service Representative to support LTL operations on the night shift. You’ll bill shipments, handle inquiries, and resolve documentation issues while providing timely, accurate information to customers.

The role requires 2 years of customer service experience, good computer/typing/10-key skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Shift includes days/evenings/nights and weekends with comprehensive benefits from day one.

• Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing.
• Process over, short and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution.

Pay, benefits and more:

• Expected pay range: $23.57 to $27.06 per hour. Pay is on an annual step progression. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set


• Shift: Monday-Friday 1pm-9:30pm
