Job summary

Fujimi Group is seeking a Sales & Logistics Support Assistant to work with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. You will manage orders, inventory, shipments, forecasts, and billing while supporting onboarding and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred. Field of Study: Business or closely related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, inventory management, logistics coordination, order administration, account support, operations, or related fields preferred.
• Completion of 49 CFR / IMDG / IATA Dangerous Goods trainings within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Record purchase orders from customers and enter data in internal systems.
• Update customer systems to reflect order processing, material handling, and inventory status.
• Analyze demand trends, inventory levels, and forecast information to identify shortages or supply risks.
• Coordinate overseas outbound shipments and inbound finished goods with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Maintain accurate inventory controls in internal systems and perform daily reconciliation of shipments and transfers.
• Attend production-planning meetings to assist with inventory management and timely shipments.
• Generate and process invoices to customers; schedule shipments per sales and production plans.
• Provide open order and shipped status reports; maintain shipping schedules and notify customers of updates.
• Assist in onboarding new customers, including requirements gathering and system setup.
• Support investigations into quality, inventory, or billing conflicts to improve customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled on time.
