Qualifications

College degree preferred in supply chain, business, operations management, or related field.
High School Diploma accepted with relevant experience.
2–4+ years in shipping/logistics with international responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Schedule and monitor pickup, delivery, and distribution of products.
Coordinate shipment changes and cancellations.
Support customer service and shipping for documentation and packaging needs.
Ensure tracking for international and domestic shipments and expedite when needed.
Assist with freight invoicing accuracy and KPI reporting.
