Total Quality Logistics seeks a Customer Service Coordinator in Charleston, WV to become the subject matter expert on transportation admin tasks, supporting daily shipments and assisting sales reps.

You will receive extensive training, document and manage tasks in internal systems, and coordinate shipments end-to-end. The role emphasizes high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders and includes billing support as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Clear verbal communication, face-to-face and over the phone.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on administrative tasks for aligned accounts.
• Document and manage tasks in internal systems.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery.
• Resolve shipping issues with a high level of professionalism.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support with billing and payment processing as needed.
