XPO is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers on a busy dock and office environment. You will handle shipments, pricing and documentation, and provide timely responses to inquiries.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, proficient typing and 10-key skills, and can work days, evenings, nights and weekends. Full health, life/disability insurance, PTO and 401(k) are provided.

• Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

• Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements.
• Recognize and resolve documentation errors.
• Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and invoicing questions.
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing.
• Process over, short and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution.

Pay, benefits and more:

• Expected pay range: $22.10 to $25.42 per hour. Pay is on an annual step progression. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements
• Recognize and resolve documentation errors

Customer Service Representatives are required to:

• Walk and/or stand for extended periods on a loading dock that is not climate-controlled and may be slippery
