Job summary

XPO is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Dallas to assist with shipping bills, tariffs, pricing and documentation while delivering excellent service to customers. The role supports inquiries, billing questions and problem resolution on a daily basis.

The position requires 2 years of customer service experience, strong computer and typing skills, and the ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends. Benefits include health coverage and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements
• Recognize and resolve documentation errors
• Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and invoicing questions
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing
• Process over, short and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution
• Walk and/or stand for extended periods on a loading dock that is not climate-controlled and may be slippery
