Job summary

Austin Wood Recycling is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily shipping, receiving, and logistics operations and provide clerical coordination. You will be a primary contact for drivers, internal teams, and partners to ensure smooth material flow.

Ideal candidates communicate effectively, are fluent in English with Spanish preferred, and have prior client services or customer support experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
• Previous experience in client services or customer support is preferred.
• Strong skills in outbound calling and effective communication.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
• Familiarity with office environments and data entry processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including in-person and phone.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalation as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
