Job summary

Find Great People | FGP is seeking a shipping and logistics specialist to ensure order accuracy, coordinate shipments, and support customers from quote to delivery. This direct hire opportunity emphasizes strong collaboration with warehouse, sales, and account management teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping and logistics.
• SAP and/or ERP system experience.
• Experience working with freight forwarding companies.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure order accuracy and provide excellent customer service.
• Gather and review shipping documentation.
• Obtain freight quotes and arrange shipments.
• Coordinate order dispatches with warehouse teams.
• Work with customers to manage shipping requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
