Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience.

• Knowledge of WMS and/or TMS preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer emails to resolve inquiries.
• Answer phone calls to support inquiries.
• Assist with transportation scheduling and paperwork.
• Support operations with shipping-related tasks.
• Organize projects requested by customers and operations.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and interactions.
• Route complex issues to CSR Lead.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
