Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Sparks, NV is seeking a Logistics Associate to join the Operations Department, supporting the Logistics and Supply Chain teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and attention to detail to help maintain inventory and efficient workflows.

This 12-month W2 contract offers weekly pay and benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k) option. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, receiving parts, loading and unloading shipments, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift loads of up to 49 pounds and carry them for short distances.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
• Ability to read and follow directions in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure proper stock support for build and repair activities.
• Receive parts, maintain accurate inventory records, and check out parts to technicians and engineers.
• Load and unload shipments, transporting parts between different locations within the facility.
• Keep precise records of all commodities entering and leaving the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of all workspaces to ensure a safe working environment.
