Job summary

DSV is seeking a Customer Service Agent (CSR) to join our Winchester, VA team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, accurate data entry for shipping/receiving, and timely order processing to support site operations.

Responsibilities include processing orders, running shipments from the WMS, inventory checks, and coordinating with other departments to meet service standards. This position requires cross-functional communication and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in Customer Service/Inventory-related capacity.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run shipments from WMS and print as needed.
• Maintain accurate data entry for orders, shipments, and inventory.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
